The location is unique, surrounded by mountains with a view of a nice lake and a huge stone with 700 steps to the top. It's perfect for walking up to La Piedra and offers easy access to cheap taxis into Guatape town.

I had a nice stay at the hotel with delicious meals and spacious rooms overlooking the water. The service was exceptional, but the hustle and bustle until early morning impacted my rest. The location was convenient to reach El Penol with a beautiful jacuzzi view, yet a bit far from town. Dining options were varied but some items were served cold.
